About SEAS
Special Event Audio Services (SEAS) is a family-owned and operated company which officially began in 1993. It was created by founders Mitch and Leslie Grant in San Diego, CA. Mitch started his career as a professional audio engineer in 1973, while Leslie had extensive office management experience. Their vision was the same then as it continues to be this day- to provide high quality, experienced, yet affordable event production and audio visual services for special events. Together, they formed Special Event Audio Services, a professional event production company that quickly became regarded as one San Diego’s best.
SEAS, now a fully-insured production and audio visual services provider, has developed over 50 years of collective experience and has masterfully provided audio, video, lighting, and backline services for hundreds, if not thousands of events since the company’s inception in 1993. These events range from the most basic to extremely elaborate musical concerts and entertainment, corporate meetings and events, fundraisers and galas, full-blown national tours, sporting events, etc.
Throughout the years, SEAS has provided exceptional production services for all types of events. Though it was the company’s original vision to focus solely on providing quality services to the San Diego area, SEAS has developed a national reputation for providing superior quality production and audio visual services and has become home to many of San Diego’s most experienced, knowledgable audio, lighting, and video technicians.
