Our Production Design Process
Initial Concept/Site Survey: The first step is the venue. We’ll go in and get photos of the event space so we know exactly what we need and what to measure. From there, we’ll figure out where everything will be placed.
Design & Previsualization: Our design team can sketch out a 3D rendering or CAD of your event, so you know exactly what you’re getting beforehand – and make changes if needed.
Audio: Our audio specialists will figure out the best audio solution for your event and the venue, methodically combining the best features of both so that every attendee can hear your message, loud and clear.
Lighting: The lighting team will decide on the perfect lighting aesthetic for your event so no one ends up in the dark.
Video: One of the most important steps is deciding on the type of display that will be most appropriate for the event– LED display or projector.
